This full-bodied Georgian red, “Otskhana’s colorful,” is fermented in Qvevri (beeswax-lined terracotta vessel) using traditional winemaking methods. This ancient indigenous grape results in a deep wine with notes of ripe berry, cherry, baking spice, strong tannins, and balanced acidity.
