In this class, we wade into the chilly waters of Chillable Reds. Which wines can be chilled, and why? What temperature is “chilled” and what temperature is “room temperature”? Learn all that, and more, in this with internationally-renowned sommelier Bertil Jean-Chronberg. We'll taste some chillable reds together, and talk about the properties that makes it work.
This class is 60 minutes and costs $55, which includes a tasting of wine with light snacks. It is limited to up to nine participants.
