Bonde Saturday Advanced Wine Tasting Series:
This series of Saturday evening classes is geared for those who have an advanced knowledge of wine and stewardship to deepen their knowledge on a range of topics. Attendees may purchase tickets for individual classes at $105+ per person, or the whole 3-class session for $275+ per person. Bertil is leading the following topics each evening from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m:
January 28th kicks of the series with a look into understanding the classifications and relationships between a wine’s body and the soil in which its grapes are grown. February’s class on the 25th will be discussing the changing climate and up and coming wine regions including Maryland, Michigan, and Texas. The series concludes March 25th with a look into the California’s gold rush and wines from the areas of Sacramento and Sierra Nevada.

February 25 – New Climate: Maryland, Michigan, & Texas
March 25 – Understanding the Gold Rush: Sierra Nevada and Sacramento
