4 Poutines and 4 Wines For You - Wednesday October 25, 7PM

For one night only, we’re importing a Canadian classic to the shop: poutine! For the uninitiated, poutine is a diabolical Quebecois dish that’s made up of french fries topped with cheese curds and gravy, though variations abound. The only thing more decadent than poutine? Four poutines, and we’re just mad enough to try it. Come join us for a flight of four poutines, with wines to match. Sommelier and actual Quebecer Bertil Jean-Chronberg will walk us through the most famous food from his homeland, along with the wines that make it sing. 

What’s included: a flight of 4 wines & light food. $89 pp

Class size is limited to up to eight participants.
