Fried Chicken and Wine - Wednesday November 8, 2023

It’s our favorite comfort food paired with our favorite comfort drink. But fried chicken isn’t just one thing—there are innumerable variations from different cultures and cuisines, all of which provide their own unique opportunities for fantastic wine pairings. For this tasting, we’ll be sampling four different kinds from the vast, delicious fried chicken landscape, with a wine that’s the perfect match. Come spend an evening at Bonde where sommelier and fried chicken liberal Bertil Jean-Chronberg guides you through the evening’s line up, and illuminates the hows and whys of pairing.
