SOIL: Three different soil types starting with red clay at the top, brown clay at the middle and small pieces of granite at the bottom. This Chardonnay comes from the middle brown clay.
VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, bottled with lees
COLOR: Pale gold
BODY: Medium (5-6)
PRIMARY AROMAS: Tart pear, citrus, dried apricot, pineapple, cream
FORMAT: 750 ml
SERVICE AND SUGGESTION: This Chardonnay goes well with rich and creamy dishes, lobster, or seared scallops with risotto, or poutine!
