Local Delivery, In-Store Pickup, Shipping & Returns Policies

Local delivery policy

Local Delivery is available within (roughly) a 2 mile radius of Bonde Wines.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within a 2 mile radius of 02138. For orders under $75, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Eligible zipcodes include the following:
02134, 02138, 02139, 02140, 02141, 02142, 02143, 02144, 02145, 02153, 02163

Deliveries are made from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday-Sundays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival with an ETA. 

Someone 21 or older must be home to sign for every delivery. All local delivery orders must be placed online or over the phone by 4:00pm the day of to be eligible for same day delivery.

Shipping policy

*Bonde is currently only shipping non-alcoholic products via FedEx nationwide*

Your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any FedEx/Shipping orders will ship within 3 to 7 business days.

(Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.)

Shipping rates and estimates

For calculated shipping rates: FedEx shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the delivery fees with free local pickup at Bonde [54 Church Street, Cambridge, MA 02138]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the same day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

(If you would like to pickup for a date in the future, please include desired pickup date.

For same day pickup if you would like to place an order after 4 p.m., please call the store before placing your order at (617) 945-2360.)

Our in-store pickup hours are 12:00-6:00 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

The recipient of the order must sign an acknowledgment and present proof of identity and age before they may take possession of alcohol, and so the delivery or shipping address must be a street address.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

We accept returns (non-alcoholic items) up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will offer store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

You may submit a request for a refund via email or our contact form. Please include your name, order number, and item description.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
