VINIFICATION: Grapes were left on the skins for 22 days. All three grapes were aged for 6 months before bottling; The Pinot Gris barrel aged in neutral French oak and Acacia barrels, our Viognier was aged in an Italian clay tank that was made from the company called Clayver in Liguria, and our Muscat was barrel aged in neutral French oak.
